Steelix Metal Plate

Another Poketrade. This time I drew a mutual favorite, Steelix(Haganeiru) . I enjoyed how he came out, Though the bg is so-so. I had the notion to have him attacking, like with Gyro Ball, though I decided to frame him instead. But, I still kind of enjoy it. I may change the bg, but for now, I figured to post it.
